By focusing on care coordination and peer support services, we aim to help our clients identify and overcome the gaps in care that often arise ? from small administrative hurdles to more significant challenges that can derail progress. The Justice Well Program is designed to remove barriers, so individuals can direct their energy toward maintaining adequate housing, staying law-abiding, engaging fully in their recovery, and achieving meaningful employment. We understand that each person?s recovery journey is unique, and sometimes it takes only a small, timely intervention to prevent a setback that might seem otherwise insurmountable.
