Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Grantvello (operated by IP NIXA, Shymkent, Kazakhstan) collects when you use the site and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Search and match inputs. What you type into the funder match form (organization name or EIN, mission, state, causes, budget) is used to compute your results. It is not tied to your identity and is not kept after the request, except as anonymous counts of how the tool is used.
• Server logs. Our server records technical request data (IP address, browser type, page requested, time) to keep the site running and secure. Logs are deleted after 30 days.
• Analytics. If enabled, we use a privacy-friendly analytics counter to measure page visits. It does not build advertising profiles.
• Account and purchase data. If you create an account or buy a report, we keep your email address, your saved organization profile and your purchase record. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which receives your payment details, country and email under its own privacy notice; we never see or store your card number.

Public records about organizations

Funder profiles come from public IRS filings of organizations. We do not publish the names of individuals who received grants, and we do not publish home addresses of officers. If you believe a page shows personal information that should not be there, contact us and we will review it promptly.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to 1@demetra.work. We answer within 30 days.

Cookies

The site works without cookies for browsing and searching. If you sign in, a session cookie keeps you signed in.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
