Refund Policy

This policy covers reports bought on Grantvello, operated by IP NIXA, Shymkent, Kazakhstan.

14 days, no questions asked

If you are not satisfied with a report, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you get the full amount back. You do not need to give a reason.

When a report cannot be delivered

If a report you paid for cannot be generated or delivered, we refund the payment in full, whether or not you ask.

How to ask

• Write to 1@demetra.work with the email you used for the order, or
• use the link in your order receipt to contact Paddle, which processed the payment, at paddle.net.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks usually show them within 5-10 business days.

Who processes payments

Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, sales tax and VAT, invoices and refunds. Your rights as a buyer under the Paddle buyer terms are not limited by this policy.
